Refund Policy

Early beta purchases

If you buy a Last-Minute GW1 Draft Trial, FPL Season Pass, or Mini-League Edge package during the early beta and the product is not a good fit, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will review refund requests in good faith, especially for duplicate purchases, access problems, or cases where the purchased support was not delivered.

Friendly testers should use Stripe test mode unless told otherwise. Test-mode payments do not create a real card charge.

Completed services

Because some packages include manual review or time-sensitive fantasy support, refunds may be limited after advice has been delivered or live support has been used.

Fantasy results alone are not a refund reason. Recommendations are informational, uncertain, and cannot guarantee points, prizes, or standings.

How to request a refund

Email support@12thmanager.com with the purchase email, package name, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.

We will respond as soon as reasonably possible during beta operations.
